Eddie Hall has shown some major improvements in his boxing in new footage of him sparring with 14-1 professional heavyweight boxer Johnny Fisher.
The 6’3 former World’s Strongest Man takes on influencer-boxer Tommy Fury in an exhibition match this June 13, showcasing a major clash of physiques. ‘Beauty vs. the Beast’ headlines a Misfits Boxing card in the O2 Arena in Manchester, England.
It would seem ‘The Beast’ is putting in ample preparation for his fight with Fury, as his latest sparring footage shows.

Hall released footage of him and Fisher (14-1 (12KO) on April 14, revealing he went six rounds with the towering 6’4″ puncher.
In the video, Hall showed off his ramrod jab – not something any fighter would want to absorb from a 150kg+ unit. ‘The Beast’ endured some punishment from Fisher, who was no doubt keeping Hall on the hook and letting him work.
However, Hall did use his physicality to blitz Fisher to the ropes on several occasions, something Fury will have to be aware of as a much smaller man.
“Pleased to exchange leather with a top 15 heavyweight in the world,” Hall wrote in his caption.
Has Eddie Hall fought before?
Hall is no stranger to fighting. The man mountain has fought once in exhibition boxing and once in MMA, possessing a 1-1 record across both disciplines. Hall was one half of the ‘Heaviest Boxing Match in History,’ opposite strongman rival Thor Bjornsson in 2022; he lost by a six-round unanimous decision.
In 2025, Hall competed in the European MMA promotion KSW in a professional cage fight against fellow strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski. The MMA ruleset favored Hall better than boxing, as he smashed his Polish rival inside 30-seconds.
What we know about Eddie Hall vs. Tommy Fury
Hall vs. Fury is an exhibition fight, meaning it does not count towards either man’s professional boxing record. For example, if Tommy Fury were to lose, his record would remain 11-0.
The fight will take place over six two-minute rounds.
